The service was rushed due to busy staff, but the evening team provided adequate customer service. The dining options were varied with a wide selection at the help-yourself bar. My stay was marred by a strange smell pervading the upper floors, possibly from downstairs public areas. The location felt safe and quiet, close to the theater and ideal for attending events like weddings at Gosfield Hall.
